FIT-losophy

FIT is more than just high intensity interval training. We are also, strength based programming, and a testing ground for how the science of sport and movement applies to each one us individually. This brings purpose and meaning to your movement practice.

Each training session is unique and follows progressive programming. Because we know, you need progression to see progress.

Our purpose is simple – we're here to guide you towards your fitness goals and boost your overall health. Now, that might not sound groundbreaking, but what sets FIT apart is our intimate approach. We're not just another gym or trainer; we're the ones who stay small to stay close. Because we keep it personal. We’re not a big box gym. We’re small enough to be there for you, holding you accountable, providing support, motivation, and education as you (we) work towards your goals (together).

When you show up to train at FIT, expect to learn new ways of training, cutting edge nutrition, and workouts designed to push your limits. All while surrounded with a community that shares your dedication and enthusiasm for staying FIT.

What get’s me excited about fitness is helping someone get started. It can be daunting to get back to fitness or find a new starting place, but that is what makes my job so rewarding. We are all capable of so much more than we know. If we will challenge ourselves to take those first steps we realize we can go so much farther than we ever imagined.

As children, we are pushed to try new things and get out of our comfort zone, but as adults we often settle for the safety of familiarity. I’d like to believe our gym is a safe place to practice getting out of your comfort zone and trying new things. It’s a place to experience growth that not only happens physically but also emotionally. I believe when we have a place to take chances regularly, we are able to take more chances in the real world. For that, we help make change possible!
