FIT 2.0 Training

We meet you where you are in your fitness and health journey. There is more time spent on mechanics, less time spent on trying to set personal records, and the music is not quite as loud. Starts June 4th!

Private & Semi Private Training

What’s your goal? Okay, let’s go get it! Learn correct technique, injury prevention, and proper nutrition from your own certified personal trainer. Solo or 2-4 people at a time.

 

Heart Rate Training

How do you know how hard to push? How do you know if you’re going fast enough? How many reps do you need to do? How out of breath should you be? The answer to these questions is the juice that allows us to really know if we are creating enough intensity during a workout to get the benefits.

Team Training

Improve the speed, strength and conditioning of your whole team, no matter the sport. You’ll also learn injury prevention, proper recovery, nutrition and how to stay humble with so many wins.

FIT Youth Training

We train all aspects of an athlete. We believe in a hands-on, individualized approach to coaching our young athletes. Speed, agility, quickness, strength, endurance, and injury prevention are all important building blocks and skills needed to develop as an athlete.

Adult: $35/class.
