What I’ve learned about weight loss over the past 20 years is that it’s a very individualized process that, when done right, is sustainable, engaging, and really simple. There is no magic pill, plan, or diet that works in the long run. Here is what Fit Nutrition does:
Strategic - Everyone is different, with different life experiences. People have different lifestyles with different goals and different motivations. Finding what approach works for you based on how you live and where you want to start is important. Success starts from picking the right starting place. In order to do this, we have to learn more about you and come up with ideas on what might work for you specifically.
Accountability - Everybody needs a partner when it comes to weight loss, someone to help be strategic and help mold and shape next steps. Being connected and feeling supported allows for a meaningful and detailed experience. And when you have a partner guiding the way, it helps you stay committed and focused.
Outcome based decisions - It is so important to consider how to measure success. The daily success, the small accomplishments you make each day, become the focus. We take the opportunity to reflect on larger goals in order to help us make decisions on what to do next and what challenges we want to take on in order to see change.

One or two weeks deep dive into what you eat, how you live, and what life is like. Whether you want us to help you to jump start your nutrition, get you back on track, or take you from good to great, this deep dive helps us get to know you, so we can give you guidance on how to move forward.
Here is how it works. You email us a report at the end of each day letting us know what you ate, how you moved, what worked, what didn’t work, and the next morning we offer you some suggestions on how you can make things a little bit better.
Don’t worry. We will keep our distance - no raiding your kitchen or following you around at the grocery store. Although, if you invite us, we are more than happy to do a kitchen raid or grocery store visit with you.
